Cash Close DOKUNTAG combines fast denomination counting with owner and staff shift closeout in one app. It keeps currencies separate, compares expected and counted amounts, preserves closeout history, and transfers staff reports through encrypted files shared deliberately by the user. Core use is offline, account-free, and ad-free.

Privacy approach

Cash Close uses no account, ads, analytics, tracking, or DOKUNTAG cloud sync. Counts, business information, staff profiles, and history stay local on the device by default. The camera is used only to scan an invitation QR; biometric authentication is used only when App Lock is enabled.

Frequently asked questions

Does Cash Close require internet or an account?

No. Core counting, business, and shift flows require no account and work locally. Purchases, app-store processing, or file sharing that you start may use the relevant external service.

Are multiple currencies converted into one total?

No. TRY, EUR, USD, and other currencies stay separate. Cash Close does not perform exchange-rate conversion or combine different currencies into one numeric grand total.

Is a staff report uploaded to DOKUNTAG servers?

No. v0.1 has no automatic DOKUNTAG cloud upload. If the user chooses, a staff report is sent to the authorized user as an encrypted file through the selected sharing channel.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?

Free remains useful for core cash counting and everyday use. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks full history, advanced comparisons, and PDF / Excel / CSV export. Staff members do not need to purchase Pro separately.
