Cash Close DOKUNTAG
Cash Close uses no account, ads, analytics, tracking, or DOKUNTAG cloud sync. Counts, business information, staff profiles, and history stay local on the device by default. The camera is used only to scan an invitation QR; biometric authentication is used only when App Lock is enabled.
Count drafts, closeouts, business name, staff profiles, and report history are stored locally in the app's device storage. Cash Close does not automatically upload this data to DOKUNTAG servers and v0.1 does not use DOKUNTAG cloud sync.
Staff invitations can use an offline QR or backup code. Staff shift reports are shared deliberately by the user and can be sent to the authorized user as encrypted .dokcash.json files. The user chooses the destination app or channel.
The camera is used only when the user chooses to scan a staff invitation QR inside the app. When optional App Lock is enabled, the operating system may use Face ID, fingerprint, or device authentication. DOKUNTAG does not receive or store biometric data.
The user starts PDF, Excel, CSV, backup, or report-file creation and sharing. Generated files may be passed to the device file/share mechanism. Content sent to another app or service may then be subject to that destination's own privacy terms.
Cash Close Pro is an optional one-time, non-subscription in-app purchase. Purchase and restore flows are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cash Close does not create a DOKUNTAG user account for this purchase.
