Legal
Terms governing access to and use of Dokuntag® Publish, including its desktop software, website, demo, licensing, and support services.
This page explains the principal terms and policies applicable to the Dokuntag® Publish service.
By accessing the Dokuntag® Publish website, using the web demo, downloading the desktop application, purchasing a license, or using related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service or purchase a license.
Dokuntag® Publish is a product-information preparation tool and publishing knowledge platform. It helps users prepare, review, organize, translate, and export product information for marketplaces, websites, and social media channels.
Dokuntag® Publish does not itself publish products, upload listings to third-party platforms, operate a marketplace, process marketplace orders, or guarantee acceptance, ranking, visibility, or sales on any third-party platform.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy requirements, and consumer-protection obligations.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and suitability of the product information, images, claims, trademarks, and other material that you process using the service.
Included Standard edition updates do not automatically include separately sold products, optional services, Pro editions, unrelated applications, or future products that are offered under a separate license.
Dokuntag® Publish may improve, replace, discontinue, or modify individual features where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, maintenance, or product development.
You are responsible for keeping your license key and related purchase information secure. License keys may not be publicly shared, resold, sublicensed, rented, or transferred except where expressly permitted.
Reasonable technical measures may be used to activate licenses, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, verify license validity, and protect the service.
The Web Demo provides limited browser-based access for evaluation and educational use. Demo functionality may differ from the licensed desktop application.
Exports produced through the Web Demo may contain a watermark or other limitations. A Web Demo does not grant a paid desktop license or a right to remove required demo markings.
We aim to keep the website, licensing services, downloads, and support systems reasonably available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, updates, security work, hosting incidents, network conditions, service-provider outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Dokuntag®, Dokuntag® Publish, the software, website design, original documentation, databases, visual assets, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in the product information and other material that you enter into the service. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of your lawful material to Dokuntag® Publish.
References to marketplaces, social networks, commerce platforms, and other third-party services are provided for identification, preparation, education, and informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated, Dokuntag® Publish is independent from and is not endorsed, certified, sponsored, or operated by those third parties. Third-party rules and technical requirements may change without notice.
Transactions offered through Paddle are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle manages the checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction records, and other buyer-facing payment responsibilities within its service.
Your purchase may also be subject to Paddle's applicable buyer terms and checkout disclosures.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with the published Dokuntag® Publish Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable processes, and mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Dokuntag® Publish provides preparation tools, references, and workflow assistance. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for complying with the current requirements of each destination platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dokuntag® Publish is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, listing rejection, account restriction, content removal, ranking changes, lost sales, indirect loss, or changes to third-party requirements.
No provision of these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access to licensing, downloads, support, or related services may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, material breach, security threats, license abuse, or attempts to circumvent technical protections.
Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue may be provided.
These terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, payment arrangements, or operating practices change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
For questions about these terms, licensing, payments, or product use, contact Dokuntag® Publish through the support page.
