Privacy Policy
Explains how DOKUNTAG SUB handles and protects data.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the DOKUNTAG SUB Android application. Other Dokuntag products may have separate privacy notices.
2. Data stored on your device
Subscription and payment records, special days, tasks/on-call duties/shifts, saved-for-later links, app preferences, completed items, and archive information are stored locally on your device by default.
3. Account and advertising
DOKUNTAG SUB does not require a user account for core use. The app does not display advertising and does not create advertising profiles.
4. Google Play purchases
Pro purchases and purchase restoration are handled through Google Play Billing. Dokuntag does not receive or store your payment-card number or full payment details. The app may use limited purchase information provided by Google Play only to verify purchase status.
5. Notifications
The app uses the device's local notification system for records that you create. Notification preferences and schedules are managed on your device.
6. Backup and export
PDF, Excel, and full JSON backup files are created only when you request them. You choose where to save them or who to share them with.
7. Links added through Android sharing
Links that you send to DOKUNTAG SUB through the Android share menu are processed on your device to create a saved-for-later record.
8. Third-party services
Google Play purchases are subject to Google's own terms and privacy notices. If you save or share files through Google Drive or another service, that third party's policies apply.
9. Sale and sharing of data
Dokuntag does not sell personal records stored in DOKUNTAG SUB. Core app-record data is not uploaded to Dokuntag servers. Files that you intentionally export or share are outside this local-storage boundary.
10. Data deletion
You can delete individual records or use the in-app option to delete all data. Uninstalling the app may also remove local app data; Android/Google backup behavior may depend on your device settings.
11. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect local data and app functionality. No device or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
12. Children
DOKUNTAG SUB is a general productivity and personal-record management app. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.
13. Changes
This policy may be updated if the app's data practices or legal requirements change.
